Facebook & Instagram Data Deletion
Lytbub Technologies LLC dba Lytbub Studios, operator of Lytbub HQ
Last updated: October 15, 2026
The short version
- • Disconnect Meta Ads in Lytbub HQ, or remove Lytbub HQ in your Facebook settings. Either one deletes your Facebook sign-in from HQ straight away.
- • Or email admin@lytbub.studio and we will delete it within 30 days.
- • Your Facebook tokens are stored encrypted and are never sold or shared.
- • Leads a business already received from its own Facebook lead forms are that business's customer records. To have one deleted, ask that business.
1. Disconnect in Lytbub HQ
If you connected Facebook or Instagram ads to your business's Lytbub HQ, an owner or admin of that business can disconnect it:
- Sign in to Lytbub HQ and open Settings › Connections › Integrations.
- In the Advertising section, find Meta Ads and press Disconnect.
- Confirm with Disconnect.
HQ asks Facebook to revoke every permission you gave it, then deletes, immediately: your Facebook sign-in token, the connection record (your Facebook name and Facebook user ID), and the Page tokens of every Facebook Page loaded through that connection. Lead notifications for those Pages are switched off, so no new lead-form submissions arrive.
2. Remove Lytbub HQ in Facebook
You can do this whether or not you can still sign in to HQ:
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy › Settings.
- Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find Lytbub HQ, select it, and choose Remove.
Facebook then tells us, and we delete the same data as a Disconnect, automatically, within minutes: your Facebook sign-in token, the connection record, and the Page tokens loaded through it. Facebook may give you a confirmation code with a link back to this page, where you can see the status of your request. Lytbub HQ connects Instagram ads through Facebook, so removing it on Facebook covers Instagram too.
3. Ask us by email
Email admin@lytbub.studio from the address you use with us, or tell us the business whose HQ you connected, and say you want your Facebook data deleted. We confirm and complete it within 30 days, as our Privacy Policy says.
4. What is kept, and why
- Leads a business received. When someone fills in a business's Facebook lead form, their answers become a lead in that business's HQ. That is the business's own customer record, and deleting your Facebook connection does not delete it. If you filled in a lead form and want your details deleted, ask that business; it can delete the lead in HQ.
- The business's own advertising records. The names of its ad accounts and campaigns and the spend and results already read stay with the business, marked disconnected. Nothing more is read from Facebook after a disconnect.
- Its Pages and forms. The names of its Facebook Pages and the wording of its lead forms stay as the business's records; the Page tokens that could reach Facebook are deleted.
- A record of the request. We keep the confirmation code, the date, the outcome and how many items were deleted, so the request can be checked here. It holds your Facebook user ID, but no token and no name.
5. What Lytbub HQ does with Facebook data
Only what the business that connected it chose, inside that business's own HQ:
- Ad reporting (read-only).The names, currency and time zone of the business's ad accounts, and each campaign's name, status, daily spend, impressions, clicks and the results Facebook reports, read once a day and shown beside the business's leads.
- Campaigns, if the business allows it.A campaign drafted in HQ is approved by an owner or admin, then created in the business's own ad account paused. HQ never turns a campaign on or changes it by itself: it is turned on, or changed, only on the owner's instruction, inside a monthly limit they set. Anyone on their team can pause one.
- Lead forms, if the business allows it.HQ reads the list of Facebook Pages the person who connected manages, and keeps a token for each Page so it can receive that Page's lead-form submissions and read its forms. Each submission's answers become a lead in that business's HQ. Consent to texts or email is recorded only from a checkbox the person ticked.
- Who connected it. The Facebook name and Facebook user ID of the person who connected, so the business can see who did, and so we can find the connection when that person asks for deletion. No email address.
Every Facebook token is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and only Lytbub HQ's servers can read it. We never sell Facebook data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to target ads. There is no Meta Pixel on this site.
