How we answer

Where our assistants talk

Each automated helper says it is automated, every time.

• Phone calls

  When Rae answers our phone, it starts by saying who it is: “Rae, Lytbub Studios' AI assistant.” Ask for a person at any time. It takes your message and someone from Lytbub Studios gets back to you.

• Text replies

  A text you send us may be answered by Rae, which says it is automated: “Rae, Lytbub Studios' AI assistant.” Every text thread lands in our inbox, where a person can read it and reply.

• Reminders and updates by text

  Confirmations, reminders and account updates are sent automatically, only to people who agreed to get texts from us. Each one starts with our name.

• Website chat

  The chat on our website is Elby. Its first message says what it is: “Elby, Lytbub Studios' AI assistant.” A person on our team reads these chats. If you leave an email address or phone number in the chat, it comes to us so we can get back to you.

What is recorded and kept

• Calls Rae answers are recorded, so a person can follow up on what you said.
• If you leave a voicemail, it is recorded so we can listen to it.
• Texts to and from us are kept with your customer record.
• Website chat conversations, and any files you send in the chat, are kept and read by our team so we can follow up.

Saying no

• Reply STOP to any text from us and our texts to you stop straight away. Reply HELP for help. PARAR, ALTO and CANCELAR also stop them; AYUDA gets help in Spanish.
• If you have a client portal login, you can choose what you hear about under Preferences.
• Agreeing to texts or calls is never required to buy anything from us.
